Epiphany Soapworks ("we", "us, "our") is committed to honoring the privacy of our customers ("you, "your"). This privacy policy applies to ("website") and describes how we collect and use the personal information you provide while using this website. We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, address, and email address when you place an order. When you provide us with this information to complete your transaction, verify your credit card, and place an order, we assume that you consent to us collecting the information provided and using it for the purpose of making a purchase only. 

When you click on links while using this website, they may direct you away from our website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy statements as well.


This website is hosted via Squarespace, Inc., who provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace's database.  Squarespace uses a third party payment processor during checkout, Stripe, who gathers and stores your credit card information, your email address, your phone number, and address. This information is used to complete your purchase. Stripe will share your contact information, but not your card information, with us as part of your purchase, so that we may ship your purchase and have contact with you about your order.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
